Seiyo No Shorin-Ryu arate is a karate system that serves the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri and Iowa area.  The Seiyo-no Shorin-ryu system's founder is Master Harold Mead, and provides curriculum instruction in Shorin-ryu, Kyokushin and Shurite karate along with seminars in Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics, Women's self-defense, and self-defense in general. Classes may be customized to suit your special needs.
